We welcome our new Service Delivery Manager - Felicity Jackson. Felicity has experience in project delivery across the FMCGs, Transport and Telecommunications industries. She is originally from Hawke's Bay and has a passion for technology, change management and training. Felicity has jumped straight into this new pivotal role and will be the principal liaison between you, our clients, and our Implementation and Support team on our project work with you.
