Napier based logistics services provider, Triple P Logistics Ltd, successfully cut-over to their new, cloud-based MYOB Advanced Business solution in April.
Seeking strong Inventory and Order Management processes to accommodate the varied nature of their many clients’ product lines, the Triple P Logistics team were attracted to MYOB Advanced due to its ability to be readily customised to suit their unique requirements, including the automated collation of their Handling and Service charges based on client product movements.
The automated collation of this data will remove the days of spreadsheet-based compilation work that used to fill their month-end processes.
The Helm team is also working with Triple P Logistics on deploying the most efficient data collection methods possible incorporating utilisation of MYOB Advanced capabilities and features like:
- Orders received via the built-in Customer portal
- Data uploaded via electronic files received via email
- Data posted direct from client websites using the MYOB Advanced API
